Vanessa Loder is a Stanford MBA, entrepreneur, and sought-after YPO Certified Forum Facilitator, consistently ranking as a top YPO resource worldwide. With over 20 years of experience in business and leadership, Vanessa is known for helping senior executives and high-performing teams drive transformation and achieve exceptional results. Her work blends deep business acumen with a passion for leadership development, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence— delivering experiences that lead to both personal growth and organizational success.

As a YPO-Certified Forum Facilitator (CFF), Vanessa excels at creating safe spaces for vulnerability and connection, enabling leaders to engage in candid conversations that lead to actionable insights and meaningful breakthroughs. With a background rooted in the corporate world, Vanessa understands the pressures and challenges faced by today’s leaders. She helps clients navigate complex decision-making, strategic visioning, and organizational alignment.

 

Vanessa began her career as a Financial Analyst at Morgan Stanley and then private equity at JP Morgan Partners in New York. She returned to California to co-found The Goddess Fun+d, a venture fund focused on investing in women-led startups. 

In addition to her YPO Forum work, Vanessa is a certified Executive Coach and is trained in multiple modalities, including iEQ9 Enneagram, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Past Life Regression Hypnosis, and is currently studying psychedelic breathwork with David Elliot. 

 

Vanessa currently lives in Lafayette, CA with her husband and two children.
