Chantell has helped numerous organizations and leaders recognize and capitalize on their business advantages and position themselves as key players in their respective industries. As a pioneer herself, Chantell leverages her own experiences to help companies build executable plans that drive value creation and navigate the challenges of rapid growth.

 

She has made significant contributions to organizations that include helping develop long-term strategies, building management teams, evaluate financing alternatives, assessing merger & acquisition opportunities, and shepherding successful exits.

As a facilitator, Chantell propels leaders into action through energetic, insightful, and results-oriented strategy sessions.  She will guide and motivate the team as well as manage emotions to create a collaborative working environment.    Through her own experience and working with different organizations, such as Young Presidents Organization, Chantell has the ability to understand the most effective ways to work together to achieve goals.

Chantell serves as a member of several private and not-for-profit organizations Board of Directors; and is a dedicated YPO member, serving as Membership Chair of the Texas Gulf Coast Chapter and Western Region Champion for YPO Women Business Network.
